Fortunate Restaurant (Xing Fu Yin Char), located quietly on the first floor of a building next to the Toa Payoh Library, offers over 100 mouth-watering and piping hot dim sums served in a pushcarts (the traditional way) around the dinning floor. Besides the all time favourites dim sums, this restaurant also serves delicious originals created by the house chef.

The service is fast and very friendly. Price wise - plates are between S$2.50 to S$5.00 (approx. S$ 20.00 per person).

During the weekends, this restaurant is packed. So remember to make a reservation before you go there.
