Popular, famous, and well-known brewery within the tourist trap commonly referred to as 'Pike Market'. Suggestive ambient and brilliant decoration; clean floors and tables. Polite waiters. Their home-brewed selection of beers is simply impressive. I really enjoyed both drinking and staring at the brewing containers, as well as watching all those self-referential paraphernalia they produce. Of course, I dedicated plenty of attention to their various beers, and to the packaging of the bottled beers to go (you can also find them in many supermarkets in the Seattle area and beyond)....
