Traditional, and very crowded, steak house in the heart of downtown Seattle. As good meat is quite expensive, we opted for a weekday lunch. The setting is 100% appropriate for a steak house (wooden furniture, green naps and curtains, decoration, etc.), and perhaps a little too gentrified and noisy. Mediocre vegan food, that I found a little greasy and definitely too long to digest. Small, crowded and definitely valuable Vietnamese in Seattle's International district. Polite waiters and prompt service. Good food and excellent (free) warm tea. Nice ceramic glasses and dishes, quite cozy furniture and décor. My 'bun' was really good, and very well presented. Popular, famous, and well-known brewery within the tourist trap commonly referred to as 'Pike Market'. Suggestive ambient and brilliant decoration; clean floors and tables. Polite waiters.
