This little Vietnamese Restaurant, cornered at the margins of a mall's big parking lot, features the basics of the vietnamese cuisine and low prices (at least for SB). Yesterday night, the food was quite correct and the waitress was ok (perhaps a little to prompt in taking/giving orders). Also, they could have turned the heating on since outside it was raining and cold. Their pho, which I have not tried, looked correct. My bum was decent and ordinary, albeit deprived -for some reasons- of the roasted peanuts that constitute a fundamental ingredient of that dish. Since the waiter did not tell anything about that, I assume she thought I did not know what I ordered, and this is not a good point to me.
