Pretentious, albeit not entirely convincing, expensive restaurant on the Pacific Coast Highway. The location is exquisite, with huge windows directly on the ocean and quite comfy ambient. The service is prompt and polite (apart from the reception desk which seems not to be high class as this restaurant wants to be). The food is extremely expensive and hyper elaborated, too. But, in the end, the result is not entirely convincing. Too many different flavors are pushed in one dish; and too much elaboration brings to an ultimately inconsistent result: I expect the chef cuisine to be accurate and ready to valorize each single taste at the maximum, not just to be daring....
