Interesting Chinese restaurant specialized in 'hot pot' -- that is, a kind of bourguignonne or shabu shabu chinese style. The ambient looks exotic and the service is fast and accurate. They have many customers and I believe their popularity is (also) due to the good quality food. Apart from the fact that I am not an expert in 'hot pot', I liked the dinner pretty much. All ingredients looks fresh and tasty, and I had no disappointments of any kind. Their menu is impressive, and you have to select among a wide variety of meats (from sliced beef to chicken nuts), fish (both alive and dead), vegetables (of all sorts, some of them I had never seen before), tofu, etc. etc....
