This little Indian grocery and food station is well located in the heart of Culver City, but it looks like it need serious improvements under all perspectives. Popular tea station that I was glad to try out in good company. They offer an impressive and huge selection of teas of all kinds and in all formats. These teas are, in my understanding, generally very good and definitely interesting. In short, my grade would be "A plus" for the tea.... (read more)

So I got this free coupon in my credit card bill envelope, offering a free Chicken sandwich and I decided to check it out. A place I was glad to discover today. I am sure I will be back. They feature Japanese cuisine with Korean influences. I liked pretty much: -the location: somehow quiet, clean, and relaxed -the huge portions -the way food is presented -the raw food and lettuce salad, which was fresh and refreshing, and made with good ingredients. The best parts are the location (especially from the outside) and the cheap food. I think this is a remarkable dining place for the area, and it is also strategically located on the way back from the beach. Easy to find when driving.... (read more)

Modest Italian restaurant with basic Italian menu (including various spelling mistakes, such as Rissoto instead of Risotto, etc.). The location is all right, and so is the service. Still, I found the bill a little too serious.... I understand most "Italian" restaurants in LA are truly expensive, but here at Michelangelo they should provide better service and food if they want to be in line with all that.... (read more)
